E-List
Our website’s e-list enrolment form (managed on MailChimp) asks users to give us contact information - your name, email address and, only if you are happy to provide it, your address, but this last part is not compulsory. The contact details you provide are used to send you emails with information and news about our events. You have control over changing and modifying information you have previously provided - just click on the link at the end of any email we send to you to unsubscribe, or to update your details. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website and monitor use of the website.

Cookies
With the exception of Google Analytics (see below), we do not use Cookies ourselves on our website, however some of the pages contain embedded content from third-party websites – for example a video of a show on YouTube which may use Cookies. These are known as 3rd party Cookies. Because this content is from another website, we don’t control the setting of these cookies, so if you want to change your cookie preferences, check the third-party websites for information on how to manage their cookies. For more information on how to manage, delete and control Cookies on your computer please visit https://www.aboutcookies.org/

YouTube and Vimeo cookies
We often embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. This may set cookies on your computer once you click on the video player, but they will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode. To find out more, watch the privacy policy videos at YouTube and Vimeo

Facebook and Twitter cookies
We embed feeds from Facebook and Twitter. The site does not use cookies to create a profile of your browsing behaviour on third-party sites or to show you ads, although it may use anonymous or aggregate data to improve ads generally. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases, this may impact your ability to use Facebook and Twitter. Further information about Facebook’s Cookie policy can be found by clicking here, and for Twitter click here

'Add This' Cookies
There are a number of social cookies that let you share/like/tweet etc. using your social networks. If you are logged into any of these sites, the 'add this' cookies keep you logged in, and help you share the content.

Google Analytics
These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form that does not identify a visitor, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example by making sure users are finding what they need easily.
